  Last night I ordered nachos from service grill on second line for pickup.  My husband went to get them and had to wait for them to come out of the oven.  He came straight home which is less then a 2 min drive.  I opened them up and the chips were so soggy that they wouldn't even scoop up sour cream and ripped when you picked them up.  Called and complained last night and they said to call back this morning when a manager was available.  They put salsa on them when they went into the oven.  I have never had this issue when ordering from them before.  the salsa always came on the side.  Any who they claim that they have done this "forever" but I have never had them like this.  All i wanted was a refund or a new order of nachos.  They offered me 2$ credit.  ya, you read that right.  Not an apology not nothing.  2$.  2$ for a meal I couldn't even eat.  Such bullshit.
